Black Hills is deeply committed to reconciliation and the rights of Indigenous Peoples. We acknowledge the need for education, reflection, and action. We believe the construction industry must play a role in understanding historical injustices and building a more equitable future.

Our commitment goes beyond words We partner with First Nations leaders, businesses, and communities, fostering transparency and open dialogue. True reconciliation requires continuous acknowledgment, respect, and engagement.

Collaboration is at the heart of Black Hills. We value the insights of our partners, Indigenous and non-Indigenous alike. We prioritize feedback throughout the project lifecycle and actively seek Indigenous knowledge to inform our work.
